Yes! I'd adjusted the folders a little bit. The model is visible but the texture is missing (pink and black box skin shown instead). Help me please

Check your gameinfo.txt in the usermod folder to see if it is going into the right paths.

The difference with this is that the old version did not have rotatable eyes. This version has the eye functions for SFM.

When did you downloaded it? Because some day between SFM was released and today, the author made a SFM compatible version so it can be eye-posed.
